Today I saw someone in the discussion forum saying that Acrobat DC 21.001.20138 cannot be activated with Adobe zii 6.0.8, here are 2 ways to solve this problem
- If you have a backup in Time Machine, you can roll back to earlier version, uncheck auto update then patch.
- Latest Adobe Zii only supports up until Acrobat v21.001.20135. If yours is upgraded, it might not be patched properly. Before you patch Acrobat DC, consider unchecking the Auto Update in the app’s Preferences, save it and quit immediately. Then patch. Otherwise the patch will prevent you from unchecking the Auto Update checkbox.
